Neil Brown

Neil, being one of my closest friends, made me CRAZY happy when he announced that he was making a return to the music scene. I was only too happy to be involved in this shoot with him and our mate Richard Shoyemi on the styling. I'm so proud of Neil right now... he is a creative force who inspires me constantly and I am proud to be part of his journey. This is just the beginning Pootie... and so we skank... x

TARRYN (Fade Away Article)

Anyone who really knows me knows that Tarryn "C-Dot" Algar is my partner in crime! A man of many talents I first met him when we were both doing promotional work for New Era... he was freestyling and I was shooting. I've shot with Tarryn numerous times and this shoot was for Fade Away Magazine (UK's biggest Basketball Magazine) who have just run this article on him (out now). I'm really proud of him and all he has achieved to date and I know he will continue to be successful.

BROOKE (Plague / Funkstylerz)

Brooke, an amazingly talented dancer/choreographer with dance crews Plague and Funk Stylerz. He's Recently finished filming for the new Streetdance movie (out this year) and a finalist in BBC3's Move like Michael Jackson. A humble soul and one of the best dancers i've met, Brooke is set for greatness...

HYPE (Boy Blue Ent)

Believe the Hype! I met Hype a couple of years back when we both lived in the Midlands. A very talented dancer, now also living in London and dancing with Boy Blue Entertainment. Her look first struck me as I couldn't believe how much she reminded me of Jennifer Beals (of Flashdance fame). I've shot with her a few times now and these are a couple of my favorite Hype shots!

Miss Paola

Paola, My latin blooded 80's Fashionista Sista'. Always so cutting edge... you know one of those people that can just throw something on in the dark and it looks AMAZING...? well that's Paola all day. Enjoyed shooting with you hun x

STEADY (FLAWLESS / FUNKSTYLERZ)

I did an impromptu shoot with amazing dancer and choreographer - Steady. Dancing with FLAWLESS, Funkstylerz and TRINITY. Flawless, finalists in Britain's Got Talent 09 have since been performing all over the world and also star in the forthcoming Streetdance 3D movie (see trailer below). Steady is constantly on the move touring, making guest appearances or teaching classes so I was really lucky to catch him for this one! Great shooting with you as always Steady... thanks for taking the time out.

DJ @ War Shoot

Resident DJ at Bungalow 8 and winner of an Urban Music Award DJ @War has also earned success producing in both hip hop and dance music. For Def Jam, alongside UK DJ Tim Westwood he co-produced and dj'd "Tim Westwood- The Greatest."

I first shot DJ @War back in 2003 when we were both a lot younger and our styles were a lot different to what they are now. This shoot was to represent growth and maturity and therefore the brief for our new shoot was "Not so Ghetto!" (lol) so this is our coming of age grown folk shoot! We had a great day on location with this one... Thanks to Boe for all her help too!

Rukus

Rukus, A friend of mine from the Midlands, talented rapper, producer and inspiration to many. I've known Ruks for nearly 20 years and for as long as i've known him, he's been a performer, Rapper, Dancer and DJ. He's toured with Mark Ronson and featured on the "Valerie" remix and as well as his own music and poetry he now manages R&B girl group De'Votion... i don't think this man actually sleeps!
